FastingMonk ("the App") is developed and maintained by Nilesh Jethwa ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using FastingMonk, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Important: FastingMonk is not a medical or healthcare service.

The App provides general wellness and fasting guidance for informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting fasting or dietary changes
Do not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice
If you experience discomfort or health issues, discontinue use immediately

4. Use at Your Own Risk

Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible for any health outcomes, injuries, or adverse effects that may result from using the App or following its recommendations.

5. App Functionality

FastingMonk operates primarily on your device and is designed to help track fasting routines, habits, and progress. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

The App may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., monthly or annual plans). All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
We do not handle billing or payment data
Refunds are handled solely by Apple according to their policies

7. License & Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes

8. Data & Privacy

FastingMonk does not collect or transmit personal data. All data is stored locally on your device. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our discretion if these terms are violated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
